Steward Operations was born out of a simple but profound conviction: that caring for people and caring for their property are not separate tasks. To us, business has always been about more than just transactions; it is about stewardship.
Our roots run deep in a legacy of service. As a fourth-generation pastor’s son, I was raised with the understanding that a life well-lived is a life poured out for others. From an early age, I learned that true leadership is servanthood and that integrity is what you do when no one is watching. This upbringing instilled in me a "ministry heart"—a genuine desire to restore hope, bring joy, and be of use to my community.
While my heart was shaped by ministry, my hands were trained in industry. My professional journey has taken me from residential and commercial remodeling to high-level operations and safety-critical engineering fields.
Construction & Remodeling: Years of hands-on experience gave me a practical understanding of how buildings work, how they break, and how to build them back better.
Operations & Engineering: Working in field certification and engineering environments taught me the rigor of compliance, the importance of systems, and the discipline of "getting it right" the first time.
We started Steward Operations because we saw a gap. We saw a need for a company that could offer professional, high-level operational excellence without losing the personal, human touch. We wanted to build a business where technical skill meets compassionate service.
